About Pl(ann)ted

planted · adj set in the soil for growth · adj (used especially of ideas or principles) deeply rooted; firmly fixed or held.

To be be Pl(Ann)ted) means you've decided to invest in yourself and in your health in a way that you never have before and you're allowing me to be part of the journey.

Pl(ann)ted

What you believe about who you are and what you're capable of achieving is the feeling that goes along with being Pl(ann)ted. Unwavering beliefs about yourself.

Think about a steady tree in a wind storm. If the root system is strong enough, it will survive! The same goes for you and I. When we are rooted,  there will be no way that the things of this world or the troubles of this life will uproot us. We can stand tall with our roots planted deep, no matter our circumstances.

Unwavering faith and confidence in YOU and your potential to do what GOD has already deemed you capable of.

Team Pl(ann)ted

In addition to providing comprehensive and personalized services for my clients, I also created an accountability group because getting healthy is much more fun when you have a partner. Although nothing beats a curated, custom-tailored program, this accountability team will help keep you motivated and focused on your goals.

Studies show that habits of people you know have a positive influence on your exercise habits just as married couples who join gyms and workout together have only a 6.3 percent dropout rate compared to the 43 percent who workout separately. So that proves, having a workout partner works and I'm sure having an accountability partner in other areas of your life, has a higher success percentage a well.
